he doesnt wnt to leave the house.untill my still mum with us,he said .he just leave the house together with my mum.they are no work,my husband the one who feed them.he stay ni my house almost a year,without a asking permision

Give him an eviction ultimatum. Two weeks to get out, period. That is plenty of time to find a job, if he wants one. Regardless, stick to what you say. In two weeks, send him packing.
