The Four Non Blonds song "What's Going On" not a 80's song it was released in 1993.
But to answer your question Tommy Tutone's "Jenny (867-5309)" is a good 1 hit wonder from the 80's.
PS. the Human League had multiple top ten billboard songs other than "Don't You Want Me", they also had "(Keep Feeling) Facination", "Human" and "The Lebannon" so technically they don't fit 1 hit wonder.
And the song "Mickey" was not by Carly Simon, it was sang by Toni Basil.

I really liked "Tomorrow" from Silverchair. That song was great. Actually the whole cd was good, but only one song was released and popular.

Mickey by Carly Simon.
I remembered this one because she was singing the song while she was wearing cheerleaders outfit.
