I get these sudden rushes that make me feel like I have to hold onto something or I'm going to pass out/fall over. What is this? It is driving me crazy. I was at a big Target the other day with my girlfriend and told her I was going to run out to the car because I was feeling lightheaded. Are these some sort of anxiety attacks? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

I also get that in large places like a Sam's club or Costco. I cannot go to the malls because I feel the exact same way. I hyperventilate very easily and I think that is what causes that situation. I have to take a cart into those big warehouse stores because I do feel better if I hold on to something.

It could b a phobia (i hope i spelled that right) Or a type of anxiety. I get really stressed in large stores with lots of people I don't know why but i get the sudden urge to just want to get out of there as fast as i can. I have noticed it is usually when i am under a lot of stress when i feel that way

Sweetie, take it from someone who knows....you are having mini panic attacks. You need to get to your doctor now, because they will get worse. There is no telling what caused them...they just come on mostly in public settings.

You have some phobia possibly. You aren't comfortable around crowds? SEe your doctor if you are getting anxiety attacks.
