I am going to give you an answer from the Bible
Should we still keep the Sabbath?
Yes
Revelation 14 says that 3 messages go out to the world right before the Jesus returns. The first message says worship the creator and it quotes the 4th commandment (the Sabbath command).
The message of God in the last days is to keep the Sabbath
A Christian is a follower of Christ and Jesus kept the Sabbath?
Yes
Matthew 12:9,10
Mark 1:21
Mark 6:2
Luke 4:16
Luke 4:31
Luke 13:10
We keep the other 9 commandments why would anyone ignore the only one that starts with Remember?
The Bible says that we are going to keep the Sabbath in Heaven
"For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the Lord, so shall your seed and your name remain. And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one Sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the Lord." Isa 66:22,23
I must respectfully disagree with some of the earlier comments
1) "We can go to church on Sunday instead of the Sabbath(Saturday)" or "Its not specific, it doesn't matter which day"
God did not say "Pick a day to worship" He said "THE" 7th day is "THE" Sabbath. The word "THE" means a specific item.
The first person to say "It doesn't matter how we worship God" is Cain. Cain said "It doesn't matter how we worship God as long as we give something God will accept it. God does not care as long as you give and call it holy. Don't be legalistic Abel."
Was he right?
Is God specific about what He says?
2) "How can one day of the week be holier than the next?"
And God BLESSED the Sabbath day and HALLOWED it. Exodus 20:11
And God blessed the Sabbath day, and sanctified it. Genesis 2:3
the definition of Hallowed
Hallowed: to make holy or set apart for holy use
the definition of Sanctified
Sanctified: the definition of Hallowed, to impart or impute sacredness, inviolability, or respect to, to make productive of holiness or piety
Because God made the day holy, that is why it is holier than another day. That is a quote from God He calls the Sabbath "My holy day" Isaiah 58:13
God told Moses he stood on Holy ground. How can one piece of earth be holier than next?
God said that the Ark of the covenant was Holy. How can one box be holier than another next?
God said the priests were Holy. How can one man be holier than the next?
God says that His temple is Holy. How can one building be holier than the next?
The answer is God makes it holy.
God says the Sabbath is a sign that He makes US holy Exodus 31:13
What does God say about people who say that the Sabbath is like every other day
"Her priests have violated my law, and have profaned mine holy things: they have put NO DIFFERENCE between the holy and profane, neither have they shewed difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from my sabbaths, and I am profaned among them. Ezekiel 22:26
4) "Did Christ stop what he did on the Sabbath? As I recall, he was ostracized for healing on the Sabbath. "
Every time Jesus "broke the Sabbath" he was either on His way to church, leaving church or IN THE CHURCH. Yet we never see Jesus in his carpenter's shop building a table on the Sabbath. What we do see is Jesus helping people on the Sabbath. When the Pharisees said Jesus was wrong for healing on the Sabbath He said "It is lawful to do good on the Sabbath." Please show me were in the Sabbath command it says don't help people on the Sabbath day
5) "The 'Old Sabbath' was the 7th day but Sunday is the 'New Sabbath' for Christians."
This teaching is found no where in the Bible. The Bible never refers to the 7th day as the "Old Sabbath" nor does the Bible command or allow followers to switch the days of worship. Not one verse supports this. Jesus never says that we can change the commandments instead he says "If you love me keep my commandments."
Jesus also says
"Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished." Matt 5 17,18

Sure. The Sabbath was a shadow of things to come;
Colossians 2:16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

It is my understanding that to keep the Sabbath means to set aside a time in your life that is dedicated to God. I do not necessarily believe that it has to be one specific day of the week etc. but should instead be a part of every believers day. Whether it be quiet prayer time, Bible study, doing something special for someone else in God's name or just going about your daily work and life, it all should be done in the name of God. How can one day of the week be holier than the next? Did Christ stop what he did on the Sabbath? As I recall, he was ostracized for healing on the Sabbath. Duh!

That depends on how you mean that. The old 'Sabbath' was the 7th day of the week only. However, given the freedom offered thru Christ, that may be either the 1st day of the week, or the 7th day of the week.
