there were two boys on this vidoock above the highway. one tied a string to a rock and kept throwing it at the cars. a truck came by and the boy threw the rock. the rock got stuck in the pipe and the boys arm fell off. a cop saw the truck and pulled him over. the truck driver got areested. why did the truck driver get arrested
