1. Suffering.
2. "not" the self. Meaning the corporeal self rather than the transcendental Self of Brahman.
3. Dukkha is work. Buddha realized that work is a continuous effort to maintain a state of being that inevitably ends in suffering. The illumined mind, his enlightenment, was a continuous state that required no work, and thus no suffering.
4. 1. to live is to suffer. 2. to suffer is caused by desire. 3. To transcend desire is to practice the middle way of wisdom. 4. The middle way of wisdom is equal to nirvana.
5. Suffering is a causeless experience resulting in misperceptions about reality. The illuminated mind is one that is free of the taints of reality (i.e. misperceptions about one's true nature, the nature of happiness, wisdom v.s. ignorance) and is capable of perceiving true reality
6. All action is bound by the chain of fate, or Karma. Enlightenment, or nivana, is free of this chain of fate.

the guy above me explains well but I will add something else:
Suffering means our life is a cycle: born - grow up - old - sickness - died - reborn! In every cycle we must experience hardship, sadness, happiness, and departure of loved-ones! Our fate is decided by our previous life actions (Karma), one may be born poor - die poor or else! So that to end suffering we must find a way to escape the cycle! Buddhism starts here!
Everything changes since it cannot disappear. We may die but our soul will be reincarnated into a new cycle!
