It can vary from state to state or province to province but generally if they are under the age of consent or under age 21 and less than 3 or 4 years in age nothing much happens. Often the boy must provide support if the baby is born but many times they duck out and disappear.
I suggest you check with Children's Aid and find out from them.
ADDITIONAL:
Oakanagan stated that the age of consent where she is, is 14 and feels that is too young. Not too long ago and back into the Biblical times, girls were generally married by 12.5 and boys at 13.5. Generally life expectancy was only about 30. Most girls had babies by the time they were 14.
I know I might get some flack about this but I think the age of consent should be no later than 13 although 14 is ok too. The reasoning behind this is that over half of children have had sex by this time. The age difference thing should be removed as well as it is often used as a trap by many girls who get older men to have sex with them then threaten to report them so they extort money from them.

That's a case that may depend on his lawyer or judge. If he's a scumbag, he will probably go to jail. If not, and the girl is insistant that she loves him and vice versa, technically, they are only two years apart.
Like I said, though, if her parents are trying to press charges, they are going to have to prove that the girl was "too young to know what she was thinking". It's going to be real hard if they are only two years apart, as most psychological profilers will tell you that girls mature mentally three years faster than boys.
