If this is just an acute case of constipation, meaning that this is merely one short-lived incidence, not something that you deal with all the time, than the best thing to try would be an over-the-counter medication called Colace. Docusate Sodium is the generic and works just as well. I would suggest taking 2-100mg capsules (200mg) before going to bed, with a full glass of water. In the morning, the fecal matter will have softened and you should be able to have a normal bowel movement. Taking it in the morning may cause troublesome affects throughout your day, so nighttime dosing is best. This is also good because it can make you drowsy. Drink a lot of water. Usually constipation is caused by dehydration within the gastrointestinal tract. Your body functions to remove water to produce a solid waste product. If you aren't consuming enough water to begin with, the solid matter will be too dry and immobile. If you don't see results soon, contact your doctor or go to the emergency room. They can give you an enema to cause an immediate evacuation of the stool. Its not good to stay constipated because fecal matter is very toxic and could produce toxic effects in the bloodstream if it remains in the body for too long.

20-35 grams of dietary fiber daily. You can easily get the fiber from fruits, vegetables and whole grains. If you think it is excessive, you need not worry. A small apple will provide you with 3 grams of fiber, ½ cup of beans contain 5 grams of fiber and a bowl of bran cereal has 13 grams of fiber. Eating prunes, dried beans, raisins, popcorn, figs, pears, oatmeal and nuts will easily treat constipation without having to resort to expensive medicines. Start on these high fiber foods slowly. Eating too much too soon can cause gas.

Drink 6-8 8 ounce glasses of water daily. It is the best liquid to prevent constipation and maintain general health.

Regular exercise is an excellent home remedy to treat constipation. Walking is one of the right exercises to prevent and cure constipation.

For my GF, i just reamed her. Only way she'd let that transpire. If u go in really angry and furiously, ull create a suction action and pull it out. Unfortunately, i didn't know at the time. It was just subterfuge to breach her backdoor. It worked too well for her, and not for me. I got the **** end of the stick, the whole scheme backfired, and...yeah.

Drink water constantly throughout the day. Also, eat fiber in the form of fruits (apples, pears, etc) and vegetables (lettuce, salads, etc.) That should help you.

Increase the amount of fiber in your diet.
