Just ask her. Don't be bothered with rejection. It happens to us all.

First of all, realise that rejection isn't the end of the world. And if she she turns you down for a date, she's not necessarily rejecting you as a person. She might just not want to go out with your or anybody. Or she's already in a relationship. Or she's gay.

In life, there is no way to ever be completely free from rejection: we don't get every job we interview for, we don't get every promotion we seek, we don't get every loan we apply for, etc.

The best thing to do is to learn not to let the fear of rejection become too powerful a force in our lives. It's tough, but it does get easier.

Probably the best way id to get to know her first and become friends then ask her to go out with you. But the easiest way to know is go up to a girl and ask her if she wants to go out with you, and if she says no well see another girl go ask her. Every man's fear isn't rejection it's not getting it up when you have a hot girl in bed wanting to have sex with you, because she will tell the whole female population and then you have to move or get a rubber doll. But lots of women like a guy who has confidence and self esteem. So go up to her introduce yourself ask her how she's doing and then ask her out.

If you already know the girl she might have an idea that you are going to ask her out. Be confident & honest and dont in anyway feel bad if if she rejects you it might be for the best. Your confidence will increase the more you put yourself out there and start to date you can just brush it off if someone rejects you. You'll have enough self esteem to move on and find the right person

That's only when you're younger. There comes a time in life when every man realizes that rejection is the best thing that can possibly happen to him at the beginning of a relationship.

Everyman's fear is death. Rejection is just one of the bumps on that road. Don't stress about it. In the long run, what she thinks doesn't matter.

Be 99% if not more (!!) sure that she likes you back, be sure that she's not held up in other things like work or romances that would hold her back, make known to her that your stable, mature and ask her out when she's in a really good mood.

No, this is primarily a juvenile fear and subsides with maturity.
Just ask her...
What is the worst that can happen ? She says no....
Get used to it.....You will recover ....
