Last night I received a text reading : "I love you - Do you feel the same way"? I have no idea who this person is and or whether they are serious is there anyway I can find out?

Get a friend to 141 one it from their phone to see if you recognize the voice if not just text back, I mean you don't have to actually reply when you find out who it is. Alternative get all your friends to try the number in their phones to see if one of you can identify them.

You can try but most likely most phones are uncapable of blocking or tracing blocked text message. If it is unblocked you can see the number. I get blocked text messages all the time. It depends on what cell phone you have. If you have a manual you should read it . You can also call your phone company for techinical support. Good luck

Open the text message like you did when you first read it
click options click use detail click number ring it and ask who it is or if you want set your caller i.d. to private in call settings then ring and listen to see if you recognise their voice.

if its on your cell phone then just look at the top or bottom of the message it should have the person's name or # ..
if its on a messenger.. then just text the person back. asking
who it is.

If you got the number you can call them from a payphone and see if you recognise the voice.
