Only God and the Christian knows for sure. Humans can only judge by what they see on the outside. This is often misleading. There are many people who appear to be born-again, and will say and do all the right things. But we do not have the ability to read their minds and hearts.

When you are born again, you will have a strong passion against evil and anything which contradicts the Word of God. You will also have a close relationship with the Lord, and will begin to sin LESS, and your mind, heart, soul, and spirit will begin to change.

Many things which never bothered me in the past, such as sins I committed, or sins by others, I now have a strong aversion towards, and want no part of it. When I do sin, I feel compelled to pray for the Lord's forgiveness. I didn't feel that in the past. That is because the spirit is made new when you're born again, even if the flesh remains weak.

He will believe every word in the bible and punctuate it with an amen, whether he understands it or not. He will not accept preachers that deny the word and think they have a higher understanding than the the apostles.
I have heard preachers refute what job said, the Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away.
I have heard them refute the words of Paul, that said a woman's long hair is given her for a covering and it is uncomely for her to pray with he head uncovered.
they say we don't have to live by what the apostles said in this day. that was a different time.
paul said if a man or an angel preach anything different than what we preach is accursed. So where is that antichrist preacher going, a blind leader of the blind.
you believe the word not a church or a preacher. www.branham.org and www.leevayle.com

You recognise a Born Again Christian by the love he has for other people, how he treats the body of Christ. By his loves for the things of God. This faith- true faith changes a man, and it must. The change may come over time, but it will come. There is a biblical definition for love and it's found in 1 Corinthians chaper 13, if you care to see it. In my opinion, anyone who doesn't measure up to that, isn't the real thing

The person who is born again can pray to God about someone else, if that person is born again.

That is what I do, mostly to know how to pray for my family & friends and anyone else on myheart.

I am more concerned that my loved ones get born of God than if they get rewards in heaven. I just want them to make it to heaven by Gods Redeeming Grace.

Read John 3 & 1-3 John.

The man himself knows this.
Another man doesn't, he doesn't see the soul.

The man who is born again knows because of this:
Rom 8:16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God,

To the inner man, The spirit. The real person. The actual entity. The real you.

You will see their character change over time. They will tell you the wonderful experience they have been blessed with. Its a good thing to be "born-again", shows that you have accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior in your life. That you want to obey God and not fall to temptation of man.

A born-again men are lot smarter and broad-minded aware of spiritual crisis going on.
They are 1 level ahead from newly introduced one`s faith.
They have just graduated from doubts & disbelief of Gods trutful existence, or else, they won`t confirm their faith & belief in Jesus Christ - the Messiah, the Son of God.
They are more wiser, more growth in faith, more confident, having more profound knowledge, more demonstrative of their feelings & their faith, more responsible in bringing someone to God`s light and graces, and found to be more bolder & brave than the new-found faith guys.
...or their life...are testimonies to Gods spirit`s gifts & graces.

A person is only born once and will die once. This "born again" nonsense is intended to deceive others and once you hear heavy stuff that smells like rote reading from the bible then you know he's up to no good.
