I want to see ALL programms that are running on the PC - also the ones in the background or maybe hidden. My PC's so slow....also the so-called Highspeed-Internet is more slowly than a dial-up connection. I know that there's a command you can use to get this list of programms but I forgot it !! Thanks !!

Sorry if I was unclear, I don't mean the taskmanager. There is a command starting with c://........ that you can type in under "Run". That should give you ALL programms running, even the clock and date of the PC etc....... Thanks !!

one have you done a disc clean up number 2 do control alt and delete that should bring up windows task manager and that will show all running programs.

Just use the taskmanager. Hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete. That has a list of your running programs.
