Good question. Death is inevitable. Man clings to life, no matter what. We were created to love life, in hopes of a better tomorrow. In spite of God's promise of a brighter life, man will go to any length to extend this life on earth. Go figure.

If I knew what was to come I would go to Las Vegas and make a fortune. I don't deny what is to come. I simply don't know. Nor do I see any reason to believe anyone else does either. Nature is simply too chaotic to be easily predictable.

There is a natural fear of the unknown.
People fear what they do not know of.

No one really wants to die.
There is an innate fear of death.

That is why they fear man, he can kill you.
When you lose your fear of death you become a very dangerous person.
There is no control over you.
In war they call them heroes.

If your asking us why a few quasi-scientists deny what is to come (global warming), its because the government pays them too. The rest of the world knows whats coming, your just trying to be a little b*t*h of a preacher.

To quote another answerer, "Dont be gay."

Depends on what you are referring to when you say "what is to come". None of us know what is to come, you may think you do, but you don't. You don't know if you will live another 5 minutes. You don't know if you will live forever (nobody's ever done it before, but that doesn't mean someone won't). You don't know that God will enact the rapture - you may believe it, you may absolutely think you know, but you don't. Nobody knows the future.

There is fear of the unknown. What lies ahead is just that..the unknown.

Man is man's biggest adversary of all. I understand THAT fear.

They have forgotten history, and thus condemned us all to repeat it. Such is the frailty of man.
