In the morning, I often times find myself unable to do the things I wish I could do in the morning. Such as, have breakfast without being rushed, shower for my desired ammount of time, things like that. Does anyone know what I should do, to manage my time?

get up earlier
go to bed an hour earlier each night and wake an hour earlier each morning
NIGHT BEFORE
- lay out the clothes you plan to wear, including shoes, make-up, jewelry, etc.
- set out your keys, wallet, purse, and anything else you'll need for the morning beside the door
- set aside the food items you want for breakfast, set your coffee maker, set out the box of cereal and a bowl, or put your eggs and strips of bacon in a bowl, kept in the fridge, whatever your going to make, prepare it as much as you can the night before,
- don't watch TV or get on the computer if those are time wasters for you
- create a routine and practice it religiously. if you slide, keep trying, don't give up

make a list of what you need to accomplish and the approximate time to do it in. Start the night before and try leaving things in place to help jump start the morning. (prefill the coffee maker the night before, pack lunches for the kids, etc. you can even make pancakes the night before and put them in the fridge then nuke them in the morning. Then, when you start tackling the list, avoid distractions from other things that need doing. (laundry)

some thing you usally do dont cut stuff out of your schedule i do it every day
