Sounds like Depression to me. Get some help, they have medicine that will help you although it takes about a month of daily pills to notice any difference in you.

Depression sucks. And even if you feel good for a few days, the feelings of being stuck in a hole usually end up coming back a few days or weeks later. You have to find the root of the problem, so find yourself a good therapist to help figure out what's causing all your stress and anxiety. In the meantime, do anything positive that relaxes you: any type of exercise will boost endorphins in your brain (keep walking your dog; it will help both of you), go for a bike ride. Do anything that gives you even a little happiness: read, cook, whatever; Talk to your friends and family: some of them will end up being really good listeners, others will not, but just getting it off your chest helps. And keep yourself as healthy as you can: take daily vitamins, eat healthy foods, stay away from alcohol (its a depressant). I'm telling you from experience, therapy is a godsend, but you have to be willing to have someone help you and to look at yourself and maybe make some changes. And don't feel like you're the only one who feels or has felt this way. So many people have depression and they don't talk about it. Hiding it just makes it worse. Good luck.

You could be depressed or simply going through the blues. Only a trained professional can really give the diagnose of depression. There are certain criteria to meet to fit the qualification of being depressed.
Here is a checklist that you should do and have it ready for your therapist. This will help he or she determine if you have depression or not.

Meanwhile, you could help yourself get better by doing trying to go out and have fun with your friends. You sound like you may have a phobia as well. Make sure you discuss this with your doctor.
Also, don't give up. When you are depressed then it may seem as if those feelings will never go away, but they will. However, you have to work hard at it. Whenever you think a negative thought then try to replace it with a positve thought.
For example," I should die, because nobody loves me."
Replace it with this: "Many friends of mine and my family love me. They would be so hurt if I died."
Please call and make an appointment as soon as possible.
Talk to your parents and tell them what is going on. They love you and you will need support if you are going through depression.
Finally, I wish you the best of luck.

Friend, seek medical help.
You may be heading into a deep depression OR you could be, and there is a name for it, experiencing a phobia that will keep you locked within your house and within yourself.
To unlock the doors of both, seek a qualified person to talk with, preferably a psychiatrist. The difference between a shrink and a GP is that the former IS a GP first then continues on in his/her education to become a psychiatrist and can prescribe appropriate medications, if necessary.
My friend, do let go of what is keeping you imprisoned and let God, using the wisdom of medicine, release you.

Speaking from experience , I think at least 50% of depression is due to improper nutrition, sleep and excercise. Start a simple 30-minute excercise routine every day, perhaps just walking while listening to music. The most critical factor is nutrition. Eat healthy meals, including plenty of vegetables every day. Also, try this : eat at least one banana every day. Bananas are nature's anti-depressants, as they are rich in tryptophan . Serotonin is a chemical in your brain that's responsible for promoting calmness and alleviating nervous feelings. Almost every anti-depressant on the market works with the brain's serotonin, and, after having taken 2 different anti-depressants for nearly 5 years, I've been trying the "natural" approach-and it's worked as well or better than any drug I've even taken. This might sound stupid, but I'll explain the science behind it. It's been observed through many studies that people who are depressed, or have anxiety disorders, are lacking when it comes to serotonin levels in the brain. That's why prozac and the other "SSRI" drugs were invented-they cause your brain to hold on to serotonin longer. Millions of people have felt relief from their symptoms by taking these drugs, but there are other ways to boost production of serotonin in the brain naturally. Your body can't produce serotonin without the essential amino acid tryptophan, so even if you took an SSRI drug, you still need to provide your body with a means to produce serotonin. Bananas not only contain tryptophan , but also contain 3 different sugars , all of which provide the carbohydrates to speed up the serotonin production process. You see, when you ingest carbohydrates along with tryptophan, an enzyme is activated in your liver that helps tryptophan enter the brain easily and without competition. The result is immediately available serotonin. TRY IT, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED. Google "Bananas and depression" if you're still not convinced.

I have experienced depression ... it is a ongoing fight. Some of the things you say you experience sound a lot like depression but then there are others that sound more like phobias. In either case you need to see a doctor to get a proper diagnosis and medications/counseling. I hope you start feeling better soon.

I have felt this way before many times in my life....its very difficult when everything that use to make us happy disappears. There is something that seems to work but will also seem contrary to the solution. Make yourself get involved with other people...volunteer your time in helping someone else (hospitals often recruit people on a volunteer basis or check out nursing homes, big brother and big sister organizations or get radical and go on a missionary trip sponsored by a church) sometimes we need to step away from ourselves and use the hurt, discouragement and fear by helping someone else. Try it, it works but it will feel odd at first because your mind is saying..."hey, this is what I need, someone to care for me", but give everything that's lacking in you to others and I promise you will feel joy again in giving back.
Most of all there is hope in the Lord. I don't know you and I know many Christian's have tainted the message of the gospel, however its a promise of hope. God never said life would be easy, but he gives us no more than we can bear. Begin asking God to reveal his son to you, ask the holy spirit to comfort and guide you and begin reading the word (Bible).
There is hope for you, but you have to reach out to God, the door is open, hes waiting for your response. God Bless you and I hope this has helped.

This is describing the emotion of hate and fear and not depression. You are not having to relearn anything. You know you are not finding what you like and have anger all the time. Depression is harder to recover from . Your anger is more easily removed by getting what you want.

You're depressed and also have a social phobia. It's good that you try to get out & walk your dog. That helps. Reach out for positive support & that will motivate you to uplift your spirits. Talking it out helps, too.
