I have the same problem. I love to jog so I need a good sports bra. (I am almost a DDD!!!) The only one I have found to work is by champion. You can get it at OneHanes Place for a lot cheaper than Champion stores. You'll save about $10. They are $28 and that's cheaper than other stores as well. When I was on the track team in high school, I would wear two bras. It works but is very uncomfortable and you'll sweat more. I am also considering breast reduction surgery. That's kind of drastic, but aside from problems exercising, I also have back pain and other various problems that get worse as I get older (I'm only 27). You're pretty young to be thinking about that, but many young girls do have the surgery. It's something to think about and maybe talk to your doctor about anyway.

Wear whatever you like! If casual clothes are a part of your personal style, then I'm sure you can make it work. Its just errands, after all - its not like you're meeting with world leaders in your sports bra and T shirt. A huge part of being a beautiful woman is being comfortable in your own skin - only then can your personality shine through. Personally, I've never considered a sports bra comfortable - Its smooshes my boobs and makes it hard to breathe. But if it works for you - do what makes you comfortable and happy.

Hey, I understand your problem and it really stinks! My best advice is to where a regular bra and then where a sports bra overtop of it. That way you have double the support. Otherwise go to a sporting goods place and just ask someone (probally a female) for some help! You can also buy sports bras that have underwire which also have more support! Good luck and hopefully you can find something that will work!

I don't have this problem (at least there's one thing in the world-running- where it's not bad to have AA :) ) but my friends on cross country/track who do often double up on sports bras, since one isn't supportive enough for them. Apparently, it's not that different than just wearing one, it's just a little thicker and with a bit more support. I think Champion also makes sports bras meant for women with larger chests; try checking out their website, since it has more sizes than stores do, and has more colors (because of course color is important. :P ) Good luck!

I'm sorry to say I can't relate...I'm actually on the small side, so lucky you! Lol...anyway, a lot of girls on my team wear two sports bras for extra support. You could try that. Also, you could buy bras that have extra support. If you look at your local sports store, I am sure you will find something!

Roadrunner Sports makes bras for larger chested women specifically for running. Check out their selection and sizing, they go from light to intense support and you can even chose by cup size so they are specific to you.

Also go to your local running store and ask to try some on and ask the people who work there for recommendations. They probably see problems like this all the time!
Good luck!

Try Nordstrom's bra section (in the store, not online) or Nike Women's.
Also check RunnersWorld.com, since they always have good clothing reviews for women. This question has been asked in previous issues.

have you tried wearing two sports bras or your normal bras on bottom of your sports bra. if that does not work, then you'll need to use duck tape.
