mixing business with pleasure, not such a good idea. never fall for someone at work. think of it a few months ahead. what is going to happen when you get into a fight, what if you break up, what if you or her start getting jealous of each other talking to people of the opposite sex and decide to make a scene, what is going to happen when you start to get tired of seeing this person every day all day at work and after work, what is going to happen when you just wanna hang out on your own but you don't tell her and she blows up because she knows your schedule.

never a good idea. there are many companies that frown upon that happening because of the consequences.

i just think it's a bad idea, but i'm not you.

You can always ask her if she wants to get coffee/ a bite/ a drink after work. Or, if you want to start slow, gather a small group including her for one of the above activities. It's not that unusual for people ending a shift at the same time to meet somewhere else to unwind.

Juz used to talk more to her during works.. Play jokes with her. Gals usually like guys talk jokes so that they won't feel bored in the conversation.. Help her to finish her task when she is busy her job.. Ask her out for a lunch or dinner with those excuses, "I heard a restaurant food sounds good.. Why not we go n have a try??" or a movie.. Try it.. All the best for ya.. Good Luck!! ('',)

You just have to take that chance and go for it. But as everyone else said, just start off slow, let her know you're interested by asking her to go with you to get something to eat. Even just taking a lunch break with her or something. Good luck!

be suttle and ask her to lunch. something light nothing really heavy like dinner were she might feel pressed to impress. at lunch you two can converse about anything b/c the atmosphere is alive were as dinner everything is calm.

don't make the mistake of asking her to go out for drinks that's an automatic i'm try'n to have some sex with you line.

for starters, you try to imagine having something with her...something you think is ideal...then, try to imagine something horrible happening and her turning her attentions to someone else you two work with...if this would not bother you, then proceed to ask her out, if it would bother you...don't ask her
in the asking, just approach her and tell her that you would like to have dinner sometime with her...when would be a good time? go from there...

Work relationships that go personal are tough to sustain.
Well. I guess you could ask her to lunch if you have a lunch break together, and start there.
