Buy some tinactin or other anti-fungal at the drug store. It's sold for "jock itch". Take a good shower and spray the anti-fungal on the itchy area. Put on clean clothes. Repeat daily. That should do it.

This skin condition is similar to jock itch. It can be a problem for people who are overweight or women with really large breasts. The combination of sweat and your skin rubbing together causes it.
You need to keep the areas dry. A regular body powder is fine when there is no irritation going on. When there is irritation and odor you need to use a powder with an anti-fungal element to it. Medicated foot powder or jock itch powder will work. I use a powder called Zeosorb. Clears it up almost right away.
