it is proably just a small rash. It cant be chicken pox becasue if it were, there would be much more spots. & they woulnt be that little. You can just put some medicated cream on it about 3 or 4 times a dayuntil you can see an improvment. If it gets worse just see a doctor.
hope this helps!!!

Take him to a doctor. If they are itchy it is probably some kind of rash. It could be just a heat rash or could be something more serious. It is too much of a risk not to take him to a medical professional.

Could be chicken pox. Could be eczema. Could be mosquito bites or ant bites....hard to say. Is he also running a fever? Are they dry and patchy or are they round and red? It'd probably be a good idea to see a doctor if they bother him or spread or if he develops a fever.

Take him to a doctor. It could be anything from a rash, to an allergic reaction (have you changed your laundry soap lately?), or chicken pox.

might be chicken pox
if he goes to a day care of school you should call and see if its going around
you should take him to he Dr and see if it is chicken pox and if it is don't forget to call the school or daycare center and tell them it can be dangerous for babies, pregnant women, and the elderly so you don't want him to take it and cause potentially dangerous outbreak
