tell the mom so she can go and buy the stuff that gets rid of them,I think its called rid.Lice can spread very quickly and is very annoying.Do not use a comb she has or borrow a hat.You might get the spray and spray your place and anywhere she has been and wash anything that can fit in a washer. This is not funny, tell her mom and get something done now!!!

Does she REALLY know what lise is! It could spred to you. Tell her that you aren't going to hang out with her inless she gets rid of it. Let her go on for about 1 week without you and an itchy head and then bud in. You could tell the nurse "I see a lot of people itxching their head can you please do a lise check?" ask nicely. Your friend would NEVER no it was you. There was a girl in my class who cept it a secret and she had to shave her head

So then you need to tell her mom to have her checked, and then deal with the problem. Yes, she might be a little upset with you at first, but she would be much more upset at losing a lot more friends because she knowingly let them get lice from her. Untill she has it dealt with she should not be going to school, work or wherever. And untill she has it dealt with, avoid her like the plague! I know that sounds a little harsh, but it is better than getting it your self.

There are lice treatments that you can buy in a drugstore. You apply it and there should also be a little comb that you have to comb all her hair out with to make sure all the lice and eggs are gone. And I think after that you apply it again in about a week or so to make sure you got rid of them all. Also she needs to wash all her bedding and shirts to be sure they are not there either. Its a HUGE PITA to get rid of them but well worth it cause it will just get worse and worse. Good luck!

it's not that bad, but just a bit of the lice shampoo and this will kill the problem.
you might want to check your own hair, they can jump from one to another....
mom has to know so she can clean the bed and wash all the clothes and bedding to get rid of them..
this is a part of life's little nasties, easy to correct and not the end of the world....= )

tell the school nurse (you can ask her not to single out your friend) and ask her to do a school wide check. or you can help her go get an over the counter lice remedy, and i've heard using olive oil and mayonnaise to drown them out too.

Tell her mom yourself, and tell her you're going to do it. Lice can be transmitted to everyone around her! You could easily get them, and they're not easy to get rid of. Do it now!
