you are a dreamer,and also a open minded person,so color the wall blue.and put a huge mirror in front so that you can dream more.also use bells in the room so that when you fell dejected you can listen to them .also use picture of pigeon and krishna in the room it will inspire you to love,watch the movie eklavya good designing ideas can be taken from that movie.

Have a message-oreitnted of SUCCESS which make you always remind your goal and keep you on right path. Have your reverred Guruji's photo and also the diety you worship who guide and make you a person of good character and walk on right path of Dharma. To be an artistic never have clumsy colourful paint. Light paintings or wall papers do give nine pleasing appearance and light collour give your cool mind.

id say to use some comlamentery colors on it such as blue/orange, purple/yellow, red/green,
but if u want your room to feel more intament use more reds and blues
if you want a feeling of energy use oranges and yellows you know the bright colors
if you wnt a relaxed and layed back kinda feel use bluea and purples

I would find a piece of art or maybe furniture that you can't live without. I have a painting that I did in college, and for my bedroom I chose colors that compliment or even match the colors that I used. After I was all finished I ended up with a room that really represented myself. Do you own any artwork that speaks to you?

It depends on the theme your interested in, it can really be anything you want, and the best part is that it's paint and you can always change colour/design/theme.
next - do you want all walls covered?, you can, and still use some eras for furniture/pictures, again, it depends on what you choose. keep in mind - colours you like, what's "you", so you don't get tired of seeing it too fast.

i always thought walls with black and white abstract designs looked cool...with splashes of a bright shade of your favorite colour. thats just my opinion though...attractive is a hard word because we have no idea what kind of thing you might like. you might want to add some details to your question to get better answers
