There is absolutely no reason to be ashamed of something you can't change, and there is also no reason to be ashamed of being short. At 15 it isn't likely you will grow any more. You sound healthy and fit, I suspect people laugh at you because they aren't nice people and they see how it upsets you. Some people are just like that. I'm 5 foot 8 inches tall, and I have often wished to be short, so I could wear children's clothes, so I could look cuter, so I could ride a smaller motor cycle comfortably.... I think its natural to think that something other than what we have is better.

Sorry but I don't know of any magic way to make you taller. If it was possible we would all be 5' 10" You are only 15, so it is possible that you will continue to grow a little more. If not, start practicing walking in heels or platforms. There are worse things than being short.

Being short isn't the end of the world. However, you could try doing gymnastics and suspension rods. They helped me quite a bit during my teenage years.

All your efforts are a waste. Your genetics decide your (max) height and when you stop growing (which would be around 18, varies really).

Besides, girls are normally short anyways. You'll stop caring for such petty things as you get older.
