First...Is the spa/therapist licensed by the state. That's the biggest assurance that you have a legitimate massage therapist(s).

Second...Where are they located. If its seedy-looking...turn around and go back out the door.

I think that is a good question. I had that problem before. I even asked on the phone is it legitimate and they said yes. You might think what is the difference you just insist they do a correct massage but the bad girls don't know how to do a real massage. For me, I gotta be totally blunt and say I am not looking for a sex massage. IF you get trapped in a bad massage at least check your watch when she starts and don't let her stop until the time is up and threaten to complain

Look them up in the phone book under "Registered Massage Therapists" or else ask a local chiropractor to recommend someone.

Usually when LMT's are working in a Doctors office or a spa clinic . and are dressed in medical scrubs, they are very likely professional LMT's.

When they advertise in the newspaper classifieds personal ads and unknown store fronts that look shady its the question of being shady.

asking around will give you some insight, but most places of true massage are not "hidden" in an out-of-the-way area, but on the main streets for the most easy access. look in the "yellow pages"..

go to a health spa or a gym that offers massages.

If it's called "Lurleen's Rub and Tug" it's probably not legitimate

by the way they answer phone (sexy or not), if they start describing girls working there, if they ask you personal questions (where you work), if there are other people (real ones dont hide other customers), if they are dressed professional or sexy, if the front door was locked etc.

"real" ones have a license....I would check out wholistic health, day spas and reflexology...those places don't provide the "happy ending"...

If they hand you a free condom then you know it's the "other".
