Just listen, sometimes people just need to vent.

I don't think your prying into his personal life, your doing the right thing girl. That's showing love, care, and support for your boyfriend and his family. Don't ever give that up. And pray to God what you think you should do next. He's always there when somebody needs help. And if his father is being abusive and cruel, he needs to calm him self down. If he can't do that, then he shouldn't be around him. Like my father is in jail when I was a baby, but, I don't know if he was a abusive or not, and he did some pretty bad stuff, but I forgot what.
Anyways, to be a good person for his family, never give up and always have the faith, because anything is possible.

I hoped I helped

Good Luck!

The only thing you really can do it just be there for them, listen to them when they need to talk and be supportive. I'm sure everything will work out. Good Luck to everyone involved

amazingly enough we tell the ones we love everything but that doesn't mean we need them to tell us how to solve our problems. Just be there to listen, trust me that will mean everything to him in the long run.

You just need to be there for the both of them. If they dont want to talk then dont pressure them but if they do then u need to be a great listener. I think its great that your trying to help him and his mother. Good luck!!

saying isnt always the best thing... a hug or just listening to them can mean the world... words can often make things worse if they come out wrong

just let him know you're there. If he's scared, he can sleep at your house. If he needs to talk, let him know you have your cell phone with you.

My dad was abusive too, and this is what really helped me.
