What definite sign or clue gives them away?

Shows more interset in his /her appearance than normal. Not spending so much time with you and more anywhere else than normal. Always going someplace without you and showing interest in new activities that do not involve you and in which they never had any before unless these are with an old friend you have both known then it could be legit. Phone calls with hang ups. Lots of time talking to somebody on phone/ chat room etc. Shows too much interest in your friend or just too friendly. Secretive behavior. Suddenly having to be someplace else where you are not. Keen interest in going out to clubs with or without you where interaction occurs with members of opposite sex ( teh same ones) week after week. Missing for awhile with vague explaination of where abouts.

Come straight out and ask your mate! You can tell if they are just by the way they answer (eg. looking uneasy or hesitation), even if the answer is no... you can tell if their lying!
Other than that, search their phone when their not around (e.g. in the shower) and search for certain messages that are suspicious!
See if your relationship with your mate has changed, e.g. they're not around as much any more, They seem absent when they are with you, the amount of sex has decreased or they don't pay you as much attention - all are tell-tale signs that they're a cheat!

Coming home late at night, he will be turning his/her back on you when you go to bed is a common thing. My ex-husband brought a cell phone without my knowledge, check text messaging if there is cell phones. Check for any text messages, how are they communicating? Is she/he phoning at work? When you pick up the phone are people hanging up sometimes?
I would follow him to his hang out just to find out with my own eyes. If you are a shift worker, I would mix my hours around him for work just to confuse him and act like I am work when you think he is out there up to no good. I would get a private investigator if I could afford it, or enroll into a course that would teach you how to become a private investor.
Maybe I would go in Jerry Springer and not be so naive anyone, I found my loyal honest husband finally.

You're gonna think I'm kidding but I'm not...the best clue that your mate is cheating on you is...if you are wondering if he is. That's it! Your best idea that something is wrong is your instinct. That guy that does that show Cheaters once said "If women trusted thier intuition, I'd be out of a job; almost every person we've ever investigated has been guilty!"

Sometimes there are none. Chances are if your mate is cheating, you feel it instinctively but don't want to call them on it without proof because nobody likes to be accused of something like that. What does your gut say? Are you happy with him/her? You're intuition may be your only sign.

The most frequent sign is that you begin to spend less time together and when you question her/him about it they get annoyed by you and claim that you are accusing them of something but should just trust them.
Also, if they always have something to do after work or is always working over time even though the 2 of you used to spend alot of time together at that time, you may want to question what he/she is really doing.

he aways seems to have excuses on dates
like cant make it my aunts coming over
if hes got lipstick on his cheek
tell him you love hims
he like with no feeling like just sayin it back, I love u too.
he should be embarassed if it's the first time you told him tat
check his pockets like really playfully
if his gots any girl stuff, tell him to go to hell.
k, girl stuff as in phone numbers, lipstick, even worst a present !!!

I usually get suspicious when my bf comes home wearing some grrls soiled panties.... or my gf comes home with a mysterious dried (or fresh!) substance somewhere on her body.
These are definite clues....

well sometimes you wont be able to tell. but most of the time he/she will be gone alot with people she/he doesnt tell you shes/hes with. youll probably have to know who your lover is hanging out with sometimes. if they are suspicious like ditching you to go with other people, that is a sign. good luck!

less sex is #1 going out more than usual and staying on the phone more go to work earlier or coming home from work later.
