My hair is soft but it has frizz to it i really want soft smooth and sleek hair i've tried almost everything but nothing seems to work

John Frieda and Biolage both have great anti-frizz serums - apply them when your hair is wet and it will keep the frizz and fly aways at a minimum
Make sure you use products that are hoping to promote anti-frizz, smooth and sleek hair, etc

Try Redken's Smooth Down shampoo and conditioner, Great product!!! Also Redken's Glass, works great, takes the frizz away and adds shine. If you use the shampoo, conditioner and the glass, you'll really see the difference.

Biosilk and a flat iron works for me.

Sunsilk green would work for you, or whatever its color is. try switching shampoo and conditioner.
