Any of the fad diet pills may or may not help you in the short term. Usually they work by acting as a diuretic (will make you pee alot)
I consider thise to be unsafe and do not recomend the use of any of these products.
There are no miracle cures for fat.
Excercise and reduction in calories that you take in daily will work just fine and will prove to be much safer for you.

Lipotrim is a medical treatment programme for obese patients. It is available through medical practices and hospital clinics that are willing to assist their patients with the programme
If your weight problem has become serious enough that your health is at risk or your medical condition is being made worse by your weight, your doctor can choose to help you with Lipotrim. Lipotrim is not a drug and therefore will not be listed in the standard drug references available to your doctor. The doctor or practice staff can request the complete medical information about the rapid and reliable weight loss, necessary for clinically meaningful weight treatment.
Lipotrim is a Total Food Replacement Programme that can help you with fast weight loss, safely and effectively. The Lipotrim Programme provides all the vitamins, minerals and nourishments your body requires.
The programme is ideal for people who want to lose more than 1 stone and who struggle to lose weight through traditional means.

Absolutely useless!
Look around you if ANY of these things worked would we be getting so overweight?
We are what we eat, but we are at least as much what we don't do. Calorie intakes in 1900 and 1950 were higher than they are now, we just don't use them up!
Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg.
Take a healthy amount of exercise 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise per day 4-5 days a week. I hate to think what percentage of the UK population does that 2%? 5%?
I have seen hundreds of questions with this same pattern :- I am fat, tell me where on line I can get this super diet or herbal/dangerous/illegal drug that I hear will fix it for me in 10 minutes without the need for me to get off the couch!
No fixes pal , less in more out, its the only way.

I hate all these diet pills out today that are just over the counter and not prescribed through a doctor. Most of them take away sex drive, decline good eat habits, delay menstrual cycles and other stuff thats not good. My brothers girlfriend just took an over the counter diet pill and it completely stopped her periods. I would just stick to good old fashion dieting and exercise.

Go bland. Plain, simple, unseasoned food such as prepared chicken, plain rice and a bare-skinned baked potato are nutritious however your palette will tire of them quickly, unlike salty moreish highly processed food, which keeps you snacking and piling within the pounds.

Fatty coconut milk: Believe it or not, it contains good fats which can be important for keeping your metabolic process ticking. One meal, like a delicious Thai green curry, can certainly increase your metabolism by 5 percent, says research published in the International Journal of Obesity.

Chewing your food thoroughly is not going to make digestion easier, but will allow your body time to recognise when it is actually full, thus preventing pigging out.
