then there is an average of 5 L of blood in the adult human

So this is like 3.75 X 10^10 WBC in the blood stream

Let's round it up to account for WBC

Okay - then there's the lymph nodes and the spleen so maybe double that.

So let's guesstimate 7.5x10^10 WBC in the human body.
