Maybe you're asking if churches would willingly ordain homosexuals. If the person is truly dedicated to God and will not let his/her sexuality get in the way of his service, then why not?

Well, Episcopal Bishop Gene Robinson comes to mind.
Also, many Unitarian/Universialist congregations are lead by Gay/Lesbian pastors.
Of course, those are just the ones that are open about their orientation. I'm sure there are many, MANY pulpits filled this morning with preachers/ministers/priests/rabbis that hide their true nature.
