i have high in inflamation levels in my blood test and got a arhtritis test done, but came back negitive. im on anti inflamatories but suffer wat stiffness in my back from my neck down ans in my legs

There is no one answer to this. There are many things that could be causing your condition.
You must be seeign a pysician or you wouldn't be on meds.
Consider seeking medical advice from the people who have some of the medical answers.

back pain can be caused from so mant different things.. Once you have suffered with bad back it tends to keep coming back in one way or another..
Just be carefull when doing anything from getting dressed to lifting

You could either have a slipped disk in your back, or you could have just thrown your back out.
