You are clearly not burning more calories than you are taking in. Simple as that.
When I workout, I get famished and eat like a MF.
You could try drinking a protein shake after working out. They help your muscles repair and make you feelfuller for longer!

How much re you watching your diet? Eat more fruits and veggies as substitutes for other types of food. Also, do you drink any caloric drinks? If so, everything you drink should have almost zero calories. Propel water is good and use splenda and nonfat milk for coffee. Also, seriously, no white bread or refined sugar (like, cookies, chips, french fries, etc.). Think about this: Eat as much fiber as you can. (Plenty of breakfast cereals have, at least, 5 grams of fiber.) (No bagels for breakfast) When you eat more fiber, watch how much better your elimination system works. Then, think, every time you go, you are releasing toxins, fat and waste. Also, I've been using Hoodia to help as a appetite suppressant. Believe me, I still get hungry, but, .... I think it helps to control what I eat. There is a lot of controversy about Hoodia on the internet and 90% of what you would buy is fake or doesn't work. DO NOT RELY on a product, like this. Go with the fruits, beggies, whole wheats, beans, no white bread, exercise and water. But, ..... if you need something to help, ....... Hoodia was only a very, very, very, last and added suggestion. Please do not misunderstand, ..... Hoodia is NOT a cure all. It is only helping me take the edge of eating. I'd give up Hoodia anyday just to practice common reliable sense in eating and exercising right.
(PS - If you do want to try Hoodia, .... Do a lot of research before buying.)
PSS - Oh yeah, and don't even begin to waste your money on such a product, unless you are also going to eat fruits, veggie, beans and proteins as a major part of your diet. You'll defeat the purpose.

There are several things that could be contributing to your lack of weight loss.
First, what kind of "workout" do you do? It is best to combine cardiovascular exercise (like jogging, using the elliptical, biking, etc.) with some resistance training to sustain weight loss.
Second, if you are lifting weights, you need to make sure you vary the exercises you do. Doing the same muscle groups over and over w/o a break (of at least 1 day) will actually break down the muscle without giving it time to rest.
Third, what kind of foods do you eat? Do you drink frequently? Alcohol contributes lots of calories. Try to consume nutrient-dense foods instead of low-calorie versions of sugary snacks. This is something I learned. low-fat cookies are a better snack than regular cookies but still, should we be eating cookies?
They key is variety - keep your body guessing! Consume a variety of fruits and vegetables (try to eat different colors - often fruits and veggies of the same color have the same nutritional value). Eat lean meats, whole grains, and low-fat dairy.
If you really stick to this and the weight loss still doesn't come, consult your health care provider as there may be an underlying cause.
