Should I tell my male friend I like him?

if so how? We are quite close. Not the kind of friend I run to tell all my problems though. But we hang out plenty of times. Study together, both of us watched movies in his dorm. We talk in the phone almost everyday. If I don't call him, he will call me.He had a couple of girlfriends who broke up with him and he talks to me about them and has introduced me to them. Now he is single, and always complaining about it. He asks me advise about woman, how we behave when we like a guy, what we would like in a guy etc.
I have feelings for him and I don't know if I should tell him or not and how and how his reaction will be.

You'll never know unless you have a go. Just say in one of your conversations, "you know, I really do like you".
You don't know what his reaction will be, but chances are it'll be positive.

Sneak it in how you feel to test the water. For example, if he says no one will date him then tell him you would. If he asks what he should do with a woman then tell him he should just be himself because you like him the way he is. If he asks about what woman he should be asking out then tell him she should be exactly like you since he is already getting along with you and having so much fun spending so much time with you... get it. IF that doesn't work tell him that you solved his problems because he already has you and you are his girlfriend because you already like him and he doesn't realize he is attracted to you but you forgive him because all men are slow. Then tell him he is yours, you claim him and kiss him. If he says afterwards he just wants to be friends then tell him that's okay with you, too, but if he changes his mind you are still around and his friend.

Yes, why not? You've nothing to lose. I think both of you are pretty much close so why not give it a chance? Do you want to be his girlfriend? Stay close, as long as you're happy with him :) Good luck.

The worst thing he can do is reject you. And you guys can still be friends. But if you don't tell him, what if he likes you,too, you might regret it, forever.
