Here in Trinidad we have a "blimp". It was purchased for many millions of dollars by a government who somehow believes that it can float around a few hundred feet in the air and spot crimes being committed and radio the information back to police hq who will immediately jump into their broken cars and rush to the scene to apprehend the criminal in the act. It is a reminder to all who see it that politicians can be fooled and/or bought by large companies who have little to sell but hot air but who nevertheless are able to make huge profits from third world governements at the expense of their peoples.
