Learning a Language is great.But if you learn it in your mother tounge whats the point ? The author who writes such a book will only make a bridge between Pacific Ocean and Indian Ocean. You will not do justice to either of them.
You can look for dictionaries that give you a meaning of english words in Marathi to help you understand the idea in a better manner. But don't learn English in Marathi. How would you feel if someone gives you a Misal-Pav with Fish in it (An english man might have learnt it that way when he came to india) ..
I hope you got my point. There are lot of books on English grammer which explain in starters language. You can take help from Professionals Libraries (Pune,Mumbai) to improve yourself.

If you learn English, you have to be able to read English. Have a dictionary at hand for the words you don't know.
