I holidayed abroad with friends when I was 17, don't think there are any rules restricting who you go through (we just booked a package with First Choice).

18-30 or Twenties are probably best, if you are after a partying holiday somewhere full of English drunks!

If you are looking to travel then STA are probably your best bet.

When I was 17 we went to Dublin with Lunn Poly so try them (or rather - whoever it was who took them over). None of us were over 17. We stayed in the University of Dublin halls of residence and had an ace time - bar on site which was cheap and full of students...

u gotta find tours for young ppl/teens. u can't travel legally without a guardian cuz under 18. so find details out properly. this is an inter. flight rite,not domestic?
