My sis, not long out of uni, works hard in her job. Occasionally she enjoys going out with the girls/guys in her social circle. So yesterday (Saturday) she gets her hair done (£45), spends some getting ready and nice, and meets up with her friends at a nightclub (quite a respectable well-to-do area, with fairly educated/wealthy clientele).
One of the guys in the guy group was older, in his 40s, a friend of a friend ect.. and my sister talked with him a little as they went in, being friendly and nice, as you would do, not wanting him to feel uncomfortable as older, but doing nothing but general talk (what you do for living ect).
Come 10pm, my sis is talking with her g/fs, and feels her head getting wet... and finds that this guy is above her, bottle of water in his hand, pouring it on her hair/head. The other guys are giggling as the guy does it.
From what i can tell it was an act of humiliation for a cheap laugh. The guy is rich/eductated. My sis stayed calm.. but i want vengence.

She's a good person... and is training to becoming a professional accountant with a big firm. She didn't say anything bad to him at all..... it came totally out of nowhere for no just cause whatsover.
Some of your revenge ideas I can see myself doing.... but when I calm down I will probably just want to ensure he pays damages for costs of her hair and extra for the asssault. After all... police held the people who sprayed Tom Cruise with water under potential assault charges.

Yea it was a nasty trick but did your sister say something to irritate him or is he just a dick? I personally would not agree with what he did I would have gone up to him, seduced him to the bar, smiled a lot, bought a pint of guinness and blackcurrant and poured it over his head as he was about to succumb to a kiss then left as I probably would have been thrown out anyway. If you had done something there could have been a big bust up so better to let her get him back in full view of the staff where the entire incident is filmed at the bar by cc tv cameras which is usual these days. By the way I did this many moons ago, a guy was so wasted he kept spilling booze on me he soaked the bar area at least 3 times knocking over my drink and his so i did my guiness trick and all the bar staff cheered! He admitted defeat. Sorted.

As her sister i can well understand your need for revenge. Normally i wouldn't condone tit for tat but what he did was nasty and wrong. Was he drunk? people do daft things and sometimes out of character when drunk. This is no excuse but it could explain things.
I would humiliate him in some way but wait a while before you do it as he will be looking for you wanting revenge.
if he has a car then let all the air out. Put something like itching powder over him if you can get close enough. Or on the next night out tip red wine over him (sod water) as that will ruin his clothes! Also spread round he's gay.
Sorry your good night ended on that note. I personally would have punched him for that myself as i am quick tempered.
I love Susans suggestion above except i'd glue the keyhole of his car!

Yea why not just get him go so he won't do that again. Most rich brats think they can do anything they want and get a way with it. So file charges and also find a way to get him back too. Sometimes it's sad when a guy/girl who has everything has to act this way to get attention. ButI hope your sister gets her degree and you and her get the guy. I could probably gie you a good number of ways to get back at him but then you could get yourself in trouble. So just go the legal way first and if nothing happens IM me anytime and I'll be glad to tell you some of the ways.

Hi if some 40 year old guy did that to me and I sort of knew the bloke and i told my brother. I think the guy would be very badly injured. This is the good think of having brothers, I could understand it if she wasnt so nice to the guy but as for doing it to humiliate her he deserves some sort of something. You can do them things to people. It always happens to the nice people.Find where the bloke is and have a word with him and if he gives you hassel make sure you scare him for like and make him humiliated like he did your sister.
Threaten the posh snob and I bet he wont be expecting you to say anything. He wont bother you sis again Im sure.

what an **** hole....he may be rich but he is definitely NOT educated, he has no respect for women and he seems like a spiteful old dog to me...your sis will have the last laugh...this guy is an idiot...pity him...personally i am not a vengeful person but i would wait for the next night out, if he is wearing a white or pale shirt/trousers, i would accidentally/on purposely spill red wine over him....or better still just ignore the fool...at his age he should know better....what a w*nker, just pity him, he's obviously got issues

OMG What strange things some men do when they have a drink inside them. Childish stupid and totally unnecessary. There are a lot of things you can do for revenge - but it is better served cold. Bide your time and think of something really humiliating in front of his mates.....

what a t**t well he is certainly mature for a guy in his 40s, wish i could meet him for a drink, i would get a male friend to follow him into the toilet and tip drink over his trousers to give the impression he had p****d himself then would laugh raucously as he came out of the toilet and point it out to every one, particularly the women in the group, then get your sister to walk by and say to him,"all that education is fine and the money your parents spent was obvoiusly wasted, particularly as they did not bother to teach you how to pee with decorum" then walk away he deserves nothing less, hope you find your sweet revenge for your sister, what a nice bro she has!

this answer may cost a few quid btu it is your sis after all. get an escort lady to chat him up in a bar and go somewhere for some adult fun! she will need to get some info out of him for e.g. his phone number, his partners phone number, his works number and his mums aswell (she can find this on his mobile). get him to dress up in some revealing ladys underwear and make up and pose for a camera pic. send evidence to him first telling him you are going to send the evidence to partner, work, mother etc. demand an apology and money for lady. then send them anyway for being a p***k! job don!
