it's the girl...her confidence.the way she carries herself...

Girls in short hair who can pull it off are usually hotter but for regular women long hair is a bonus.

lol....I wouldn't say anything is hotter, but short hair can be cute, but I honestly prefer long hair, just because I think it's pretty to beable to show something that can take years to accomplish, and it shows how much you take care of yourself, short hair is just an easy way of brushing and lets go. Not that I like girls, but that's my opinion on it.

That depends really.
Long hair is more adaptable i guess, you can make long hair look short by putting it up etc but you can't make short hair look long (without extentions etc.)
My personal choice, is long hair is much more sexy on a woman, than short hair.
Hair flowing over the shoulders, perhaps draped over half a breast, is infinately more sexy than a boyish haircut.
But, again, that is personal choice.
