Add volume to you hair by applying some kind of volumizing mousse or washing it with volumizing shampoo and conditioner. Then tie it into a loose high pony. Get a friend, or if you can reach, curl one section of your pony at a time. I recommend using a straightener to curl because sometimes hair gets too long to fit on a curler. To use a straightener, start at the tied part, and put a section of hair in the straightener, then clamp down and fold the straightener up and pull it through the hair like that. When you let go, it should be a perfect curl.

Curl your hair from the ear down, using a meduim sized curling iron.
Tease the front section of your hair to help hold the height.
Put it in a ponytail. Lightly pull up the front of your hair so it isn't laying flat against your head.
If your hair becomes too short with the curls, they make clip in ponytails that are already curled. You can find them cheap at CVS for around $20.00

Pony, curl the ends. What i do to make my hair curly is, i wash it.. then i ringlet each strand, pin them up, sleep and in the morning they're all curly.

Curl your hair and then put it in a ponytail. That should cover it.

You should really tell use how your hair is.
Some hair dye and a perm should do it.
