Disclaimer: Since I am not a medical doctor, I cannot legally prescribe medical advice. However, free speech allows me to say what I believe to be best, and if you so choose to follow the information, it's best to check with your own health-care profession first (a naturopath, hopefully.)

Go to www.newstarget.com, and in the reference section, there is a list of a mulititude of health issues along with the healing foods, herbs, and supplements you can take to address the issue.

Also, keep in mind that when dealing with health problems, we must address 2 things: Toxins and nutrition. We have too many toxins today, and not nearly enough nutrition.

The above reference will give you the nutrition you need, but there are some things you really need to avoid, and they are chlorine and flouride. Chlorine, as most know, is a poisonous chemical. It causes a ton of thyroid problems. Filter your shower head, your drinking water, and avoid public pools!

The flouride is really bad, too, and it's mostly because the so-called "flouride" in today's water supplies is really just an industrial waste chemical known as flourosilic acid (see www.flouridealert.org). Flouride should never be drunk, and only natural flouride can be applied topically (although the latter is not really necessary)

It would also be good to do the cleanese. Get them at www.baselinenutritionals.com or www.renewlife.com or simply go to your health food store and inquire.

If you have anymore questions, just post them on this topic, and I'll answer if I get a chance.

Good luck!

If you want to go natural, then think about switching to Armour thyroid. It's one of the oldest thyroid medication and many who switch to it from T4 feel so much better. It really helped me.

If you are hypothyroid, its important you take thyroid hormone. While some supplements may help a little, they will not help completely so that's why its important to use medication.

Below are some Armour related websites

Unfortunately, thyroid diseases are one classes of diseases for which there is no help, except conventional medicine. You need to see a doctor, get a proper diagnosis with blood tests, and get a prescription. Even Armour thyroid is a prescription medication.
