Well, yes a blonde would be ideal. Platinum or white blonde is nice, but it is a lot of work to keep up. You might want to do a light honey, or sand. You might want to start with a glaze, or a light brown first. Only because it might turn red because you have dark hair. MAkeup:
eyeshadow: light purple
light pink
light gold
co-coa
shimmery khaki
NEVER!! Wear light blue! it looks like a drag queen or a hooker

Hi

Your natural hair colour im sure looks nice. But if you fancy a change then I would say go for blonde.

Blonde will suit your skin tone and eye color.

Its best to get it done at a salon as dying hair blonde can be tricky and sometimes it can look gingery slightly.

The hair dresser will show you color samples so you can see what you like. I think a light blonde would look good with darker blonde and ash blonde streaks.

It will bring out for freckles and you will look so cute!!!

from dark brown to blond is a big jump.I would suggest
trying highlights first.hair as long as yours will be tricky to
color, in the first place. it's kinda like what ever comes out is what you get.unless your hair is done by a highly skilled
hair colorist, you are taking a Chance that why I say, try highlights first

okay this might sound bizzar but i think it would make your eyes stand out dramatically. dye your hair espresso (Loreal Feria in Espresso), its this deep dark brown color. & then highlight streaks of bleach blonde hair on your lower part of your hair starting from your ear so it's not an all over color.
i did that, & it turned out prettier than anything.
hope i helped <333

appercot looks great on fair skin its not to dark and not to light.you need a color that will not wash you out. if you like blonde go with a darker blond.

cool ash blond...if you are cool toned
but I don't know why you want to dye, light eyes are awesome with dark hair it's very uncommon actually and thus ( I think ) very beautiful. ^_^

i would go for caramel and honey blond shades as these would work well with your natural hair colouring and skin tones.
