the cheap ones arnt very good though, my girlfriend has been through loads that just arnt good enough, your better off spending 70 quid on one where you get a guarentee if it dont work u can take it back, they also work the best

Yes perfect for you £24.99 remington hair straitners at argos, I've even left the link. They are the best cheap hair straitners I've ever used, they straiten my hair nicely, and they're well cheap and I've got afro caribean hair which is rediculously thick. So strongly recomend these, but dont buy a different remington pair, make sure its the one on the link because these ones are better than the wet to straight etc. and within your budget. All though these are the best within your budget dearer ones I find are even better. I.e ghd around £99, or paul brown £85 (which I use) but these are from hair dressers. Don't buy dear babyliss or nicky clark straitners from catalogues, coz they're just **** and way over priced. So if you want the best within your budget go for the ones on the link. But if you do decide to wanna pay more for even better quality go for ghd or paul brown from a good hair dressers. x

At that price you won't find any good ones, cheap straighteners tend to damage your hair so I say save up and buy a professional one like a Karmin straightener that will keep your hair healthy.

I recently purchased she digital straighteners from e-bay. I really wanted ghds but couldn't afford them at the minute. These straighteners are just as good if not better than ghds because they are hotter. There are different straighteners ranging from £18.99 to £39.99. I bought the pink mk4s for about £35. Have a look and read their feedback, thousands of people reccommend them including me!! I left you a link, good luck!!

Vidal Sassoon have some really good straighteners - they pink micro-crystal plated straighteners. I saw them in TJ Hughes for about £15, they're the best ones I've ever had.

£50 if you get them from Argos tho so you have to keep your eye open for them!

You could try Kodo Creative straighteners. They are exactly the same as GHD, only cheaper. Try Ebay. I have used these and they are really good.

I got mine from Boots at £25 and its Nicky Clarke ,Its really good, mind you that my hair is really curly and it does the job and heat up in an instant to desired temperature..But if you want cheaper than that ,Argos got a few thats really cheap.

if your hair is quite thick then a straightner for the price of £25 will not do much at all! you can't really get any decent straigtners for that cheap. it's much more worthwhile to get a more expensive ceramic set. try ebay!
