Have you at least seen her before, or is she a REAL, TOTAL stranger? You can start by having a small conversation with her before you actually ask her out. Make sure she's unattached and interested in you before you ask.
I would, but I'd have to talk with him for a bit first. But I wouldn't be alone with him until I felt I could trust him and that he wasn't some deranged psycho. So, try asking her out to a public place. Not over to your place where she may feel threatened. SAFETY FIRST. You can even let her decide where she'd like to go.

Well, no. In today's times, few girls would risk trusting a stranger. If he continued to talk, we'll know there is something up, yes, we'll make an effort to know more abt him (which girl doesn't like good-looking guys?). If he turns out my type, yes, the boy is in for a happy surprise.

depends on who the giel is. "u girls" doesnt mean every girl sweetie. if the girl is pretty with low self-esteem then shed just be tryin to find a guy who looked as good as her. if pretty with confidence, try to get to know him, and if ugly then wouldnt care
