Sweetie, what you are doing is called self harm. You wrote the right words when you said "I am addicted.." It is an addiction and it will be hard to stop.
What you need to do first of all is to call and make an appointment for a therapist. Usually when a person self harms, there is an underlining problem such as depression, history of abuse and so on.
Then you need to help yourself. You can do this by distracting yourself whenever you feel the need to self harm yourself. Do something that will calm you down. Read a book, mediate, exercise, punch a pillow, write, watch tv, talk to friends or family until the urge is gone. Just do something that will make you stop the urge.
Also, if you find yourself burning your skin again, don't take it too hard. The process of stopping self harming is long and arduous. It's not easy and I feel so sorry that this has happened to you.
I self harm myself, but I cut with razors. I used to love it, but now I'm stopping it. I can't stand it anymore.
Anyways, this is my favorite site for information on self injury. It has information about it, stories from people who self harm and so much information that I think will be very beneficial to you.
I wish you the best of luck. Email me if you have any questions.

Like Brian has said here , it is the addiction which is the problem .
it is the pain that gives gives you a different reality to the problem , self harm is mostly used not to actually cause damage to yourself , more likely for removal from the stresses , by removing the initial problem and replacing it with another aspect of something , the thing about this , is self harm , is more damaging long term , because you are basically bandaiding the intial problem with the self harm , and then the self harm produces emotional scars , as well as the phisical scars which remind you of the emotional scars , and the thing is , this is what causes the "suggestive" behavior to keep it going , as the scars and the domino effect of the whole situation seem to keep going.
you need to try and break the circle of this , by any means , because of the circle of this and the addiction to they circle , you need to find a distraction , as well as a good counseller , who will offer you realistic answers to your problems , without the textbook psyco-babble , goodluck , there are many of us who have been there

you need to speak to a doctor, he can help the demon faces to go away. no matter what any one here tells you, the truth is, only you can stop this. but you can't do it alone. you have to speak to a doctor, you have to take this first step.if you see demon faces in your mind, try and picture pure white light covering these faces until they disappear and you can no longer see them. there is alot of pain inside you, that is why you are hurting yourself. you need to find someone that you can talk to,and let it all out. talking and getting everything out in the open can help so much. life does'nt have to be this hard for you, a doctor can help make your life so much better. you deserve a happy and healthy life and it all stars by speaking to a doctor. good luck sweetie.

You absolutely need to see a doctor and/or counselor--before this gets worse. If you are seeing demon/decayed faces, you truly need to get some help--fast.
