I need workouts that build muscle in my legs and butt. Any good ones? I am doing the elyptical machine untill I can't' move any more and I am not getting any results.

Well, what do you want to do? Tone or Build? You can't do both at the same time. Because of certain reasons, I'm going to assume that you are wanting to "tone" your muscles. Now, I bet I will be the only one to tel this to you, but it works! What I reccomend that you do is "simply flex". Do it in front of a mirror. It will make you feel better. Flex your butt muscles and your leg muscles over and over again. On top of that, you can take "light" weights and perfrom squats.

It might sound gay, but do Butt Robics. Your butt will be sore and it will hurt to sit on it...also good so you dont sit on the coutch and veg after your workouts.

Get a bike. From the obliques down will get rock hard if you want to push yourself a little.

Long duration of sit up with weight on shoulders will help.
