You can actually make your own customized luggage tags at Yahoo photos. You could pick out a picture of a dragon that you like and upload it onto Yahoo photos. Then, just order the print as a luggage tag. My boyfriend and I did this with pictures of us, and we love them! They are really inexpensive too!
