Why did they not enjoy it?? sounds a good company to work for with regards to basic wages and perks

I have had alot of friends who have ended up leaving very quickly, and some (not many) have enjoyed it!
Targets to meet, the strictness should you actually be ill, the bonus scheme kicks in after of period of being there, great gym, being at your desk 10 minutes before nine and no excuses, strict dress code, no use of mobile permantley switched off and no way of being contacted should you need to be contacted in an emergency. My friend leaves very soon after coming from a very relaxed working environment from a very large pizza chains HQ based near Elstree. But saying that even though she handed her notice in and hasn't got a job to go to they are keeping her on on a rolling basis until the firm find someone to replace her. But alot of friends have left after 3 months and yes the wages were draw for all of them. You have to give it go, if it's crap and only you will know then leave mate Good Luck!!

You will learn how to get people you can't afford it in debt hard job I couldn't do it. Its all about sales and targets. If you don't meet them then you are in **** xx
