Keep your morals. Dont do anything with her. Tell her to stop saying that and that you dont shag married women - that should put an end to it - damn I hate married people who cheat - I would truely change the law so that if they get a divorce the cheater looses everything - then they wouldnt do it and mess up too many people....... there is always 3 people who get hurt in situations like this (if you were to shag her) and maybe more if there are kids in the marriage.
Im sure if you want uncommitted sex you could get it anywhere, after all you are handsome... no shot intended just wise words.... Keep cool

If it's that bothersome and you have to say something, then just say, "Yes I hear you, you've told me that already." If she continues, just say the same thing or ignore it. Eventually she will get the message that her flirtatious compliment is getting old.
Women and guys whether married or not can put us on a spot. I have a problem at work (a patient) who is 70 years old who makes sexual innuendos and it gets on my nerves. But I consider the source and act like I didn't hear him.
BTW are you very handsome? LOL

the best thing to do without making a big mess out of it. is too tell her aside with no one else , then simply say i can't date u ur married and i won't get in the middle of it. there must be something wrong in her reationship with her husband, or maybe that's just the way she is. tell her u want no part of it what so ever so u would be more comfortable if she didn't say those kind of remarks towards you.... sign baby gurl....

Just be kind to this poor misguided soul.
She obviously is not any good judge of character or looks!
But do thank her profusely and tell her that she is a good looking woman also (even if she isn't) - and then change the subject - after telling her you would rather that she did not discuss your looks because you feel uncomfortable with it.

She may be missing something in her current relationship, maybe not, other than that if it seems like she is hinting something go no further as she is married and relaionships within the workplace isn't a good idea.

Tell her thank you and go on with your business. If she takes the next step tell her you're not interested (even though you might be. Being a home breaker is not a good thing to be) I know you are honorable. Right?

You have choices here. Try first to pull her aside and ask her to stop complimenting you, that you consider it flirting and that you do not flirt with married women. Then avoid contact with her and that should do it. But...if she persists go to your/ her boss and report her for harrassment. You may have to contact your Human resources dept. and ask to file a complaint against this woman if she persists.

I would thank her for the compliment, and gently remind her that she tells you every day how handsome you are............and that you are flattered, but are beginning to become uncomfortable with this compliments..
politely thank her and ask her to stop.....
The sexual harassment laws protect you as well.....
and you don't have to take it.....

Obviously she is interested in you. Now you may go forward and make out with her. Or you may thank her and move on with your life. You have make your choice.
I'd go for the second option.

Either shes hitting on you, or she is just trying to be very kind and nice. She might think your handsome and doesn't have any attrations to you.
