Many girls break up with their significant others, is because they need time to figure things out. Don't take it personally, if you want her back, you have to show her you can help her. If you love her then you'll let her go, that's it. Not everybody who you date in high school you end up staying with, the chances are extremely unlikely. So if she doesn't want to, then you need to let her go.

If you really want your stuff, just call him and tell him you're coming to get it, period. That happened to me once before. Finally, I just had to go over there and get my stuff. He had it waiting by the door when I got there. Otherwise, forget it. He's never going to initiate this final drudgery.

Maybe he hasn't got the time to read the email yet.
If you're sure he already read it, then he has no intention of giving it back to you, or is still thinking. Give him time and space.
