I am a married woman going through some problems with my husband and is contemplating separation/divorce. I find myself attracted to a coworker younger than me and have been hinting to him that I have problems in my marriage hoping he will ask me out. I think he is interested, but does not want to persue it because I am married. We have been going to lunch/taking breaks together and I catch him looking at me time to time and he teases me, but yet is not quit sure if he is interested because he is very shy. There are times he gives me mixed messages, making it very hard to tell if he likes me or not.

First, it is not smart of you to ask this. Your husband could access this and have grounds to divorce you.

Second, divorce you husband and then get a date with this guy.

Third, he is probably not interested in you as a married woman.

Im sure he is interested in you but prob has very good sense and not ask you out as you are married. Be sure you want your marriage to end - I dont think kids are involved so Im sure there is no added pressure here. You should wait till you are completely over any relationship before you start a new one - and this is marriage - a committment you exchanged with your husband - is the problem that bad or is it just temptation?

Firstly talk to your husband and see what the problem is. You may be trying to take the easy way out by seeing another guy.
Like a quick and easy way to find releif. Try to solve the problem rather than running away from it.

Secondly I don't reccomend relationships within the workplace as it makes things harder if the relationship doesn't work...

I am a man. Please respect yourself and your husband even if you are in the verge of seperation.
Make clear the situation with your husband and then look for another guy. Otherwise this will complicate your situation more. You wont like to stand between two men at the same time, i am sure.
I am giving the same advice to a friend of mine(Girl) who is working in our company and has crash on a guy.
