I think that you're going to really struggle. 4 people, 4 nights = 16 bed nights and with a budget of £80 that works out at just £5 per person per night. Less than the cost to book into a Youth Hostel and about the same that you'd pay to stay in a basic bunk barn.

A basic bed and breakfast is going to cost upwards of £20 per person per night and many of them are considerably more. A nice holiday cottage will set you back a few hundred for a week.

Maybe the cheapest option would be to look at renting a caravan on a static site, not something I've done so not sure of costs but I don't think you'd get one for £80 for 4 nights.
